How long will it be before you ship the goods?
The average time for delivery of goods to the courier is about 1-2 working days.
Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, how long will it take to receive the goods?
For Italy: shipments are entrusted to leading couriers in Italy. Delivery times are approximately two working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse for most locations. Smaller locations and destinations particularly distant from our premises take three working days to reach.
For Europe: Shipping is entrusted to UPS, which guarantees delivery in approximately 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouses
What are the shipping costs?
ForItaly, many products have free shipping.
For almost all other items, the shipping cost is €5.00.
Only a few particularly bulky products may incur a higher shipping cost, which is always clearly indicated before payment.
ForEurope, many products benefit from free shipping.
In other cases, the standard shipping cost is €9.90.
Here too, only some bulky items may have a higher cost, which will be visible in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! Agplex has removed the minimum order. Therefore you do not need to reach any minimum order threshold in order to complete a purchase. You can also order just one product!
When does the courier deliver?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national and public holidays. However, when ordering, you can add a note to indicate any preferred delivery times to the courier.
Can I track my shipment online?
As soon as your order is handed over to the express courier, you will receive a detailed e-mail notification about the shipment, the delivery and how to track it online in order to better organise yourself.
What if I am absent during the delivery?
If the recipient is absent, delivery is normally attempted on the next working day.
If delivery is unsuccessful on the second attempt, the material is placed in storage at the local branch and must be collected personally by the recipient within 5 days.
The staff of the destination branch of the courier company and our customer service are always at your disposal to promptly resolve any problems relating to the delivery of your order.
Can I pick up my order at Agplex?
If you reside in the province of Trapani or have the possibility of passing close to our premises, you can collect your order directly from our offices at 79 Via Salemi in Marsala.
As soon as the ordered material is ready, we will contact you by e-mail.
Payment will be in cash.
In this case, shipping and packaging costs will be zero. When ordering, you can select pick-up at our premises and shipping costs will be € 0.00.
